hipster rant

okay. i have a huge angry rant coming. it's been brewing for a while, and now it's finally here. rage, rage, rage.

i love radiohead. i love them with every fiber of my being. but i hate king of limbs. i hate it so much, i fully regret my 'spur-of-the-moment-laguardia-airport-purchase'. i love those types of purchases. but not this one. i think i've listened to it a total of one time, and hated it.

i love kings of leon even more than i love radiohead, and again, i hate their new album, come around sundown. i fucking  hate that piece of shit. every song makes me want to punch infants. there was one good song on the entire album, and i think everyone can agree that come around sundown, although the bands favorite album, is a piece of garbage.

why do bands love the stuff that the people hate? i understand growth and experimenting outside your comfort zone is what artists should be doing. i like that you can achieve personal growth, expand your fanbase by appealing to someone else by encorporating more sounds.

but sweet fucking jesus, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

end rant.
